Empty Bowls 2010 - Soup Bowls Needed

Donations of soup bowls and other beautiful pottery for the Annual Empty Bowls Soup Supper are needed now and on an on-going basis until the deadline of March 31. Call Joyce at 408-253-0964 to set up delivery date of your soup bowls and other beautiful pottery for our sales table.

Potters generously donate soup bowls and other beautiful pottery; the public attends, takes home a soup bowl of their choosing after a delicious meal for just $15.00 and the opportunity to buy other donated pottery.

Volunteers NEEDED: call Joyce at (408) 253-0964 to help sort the bowls or help set up at 1PM on April 25th or help at 3:45PM both at the church.

"Empty Bowls" is our annual fundraising event benefiting the Alpha Omega Homeless Services program and new Housing First Model to end homelessness. It provides emergency aid for the homeless. The Soup Supper is a fund raiser that brings together many kind and talented potters who demonstrate a generosity toward people who struggle to survive and escape homelessness.
