We are delighted to announce that our newsletter, Greenware, won a 2003 APEX Award for General Excellence. The APEX Awards are an annual competition for writers, editors, publications staff and business and nonprofit communicators. The awards were based on excellence in graphic design, editorial content and the success of the entry - in the opinion of the judges - in achieving overall communications effectiveness and excellence.  Our award-winning newsletter, Greenware provides news and information about Guild activities and events. It also covers ceramics-related events throughout Northern California and beyond. There are regular articles on art and aesthetics, on pottery and ceramic techniques, and on ceramics-related sites and topics on the Internet.
The bi-monthly newsletter is currently distributed to over 200 individuals and organizations. Our readers are active potters, teachers, and ceramic artists.
In order to serve a broader community, the Greenware staff is introducing three new programs: subscriptions, advertisements, and sponsorships!
Subscriptions
Non-member annual subscriptions to Greenware are available for $10 for online access or, $15 for a paper copy mailed to you.
The subscription fee includes four issues, sent via first-class mail. Use our convenient online form to subscribe.
Advertisements
Single-issue and multiple-issue advertisements can be placed in Greenware. (We are unable to accept color ads, but we can accomodate inserts.) See our rate sheet for specifications and prices.

Sponsorships
Orchard Valley Ceramic Arts Guild Sponsorships cost $125 per year. Sponsors receive:
- One half-page ad or two quarter-page ads in Greenware
- A discount on subsequent ads, for one year.
- A listing and link on the Sponsors page of the Guild website, including your logo or other artwork (maximum 120 x 60 pixels).
- A one year subscription to Greenware
- Member discount on Guild workshops (maximum of one discount per workshop).
